- Days: 6 days every week for 30 days
- Time for Advance members: Morning 7-8 Evening 7-8 (Regular exercising individuals) Upscaled workouts for better Performance.
- Time for Beginner members: Morning 6-7 Evening 6-7 (Less workout experience) The Beginner batch has limited slots, where basic exercise understanding and technique learning will be conducted.
- 60 Minutes class.
- 30 days validity.
- Nutrition: Customized Nutrition plan
- Follow up: Every alternate day
- WhatsApp support: 24 x 7 (replies morning and evening)
- Device Required: Mobile, Laptop, Tablet, TV with a camera.
- Sessions on: Google Meet
- Equipment required: A pair of dumbbells, a knee-length strong chair or box, and a yoga mat.
- Area required: 7ft x 7ft play area with a bright light.
Guidelines
- Measurements of the body in centimetres should be sent to the instructor immediately after joining.
- Send photos of yourself of front and side angles, in bright light, and wear sports attire that is not too loose! In a good quality camera phone.
- Send photos of every food consumed right after joining.
- Check your weight, and measurements, and click your photos after joining again for next month’s membership.
- Changes in the Nutrition plan will be made by the nutritionist only when required and feel free to ask and review food.
- Camera placing: Away from the person to see entire body movements, standing in a diagonal position facing the camera.
- Morning members can join the evening class or vice versa only after asking permission from the instructor.
- No long-term payments will be accepted.
- Renew the membership 5-10 days before.
- Requested for a refund will be initiated within 3 days of joining only if services were not being used.
- Maximum 4 individuals are allowed on a single camera, each holding their membership
