Guidelines:

• 60 Minutes class.
• Device Required: Mobile, Laptop, Tablet, TV with a camera.
• Sessions on: Google Meet
• Equipment required: A pair of dumbbells, a knee-length strong chair or box, and a yoga mat.
• Area required: 7ft x 7ft play area with a bright light
• Camera placing: Away from the person to see entire body movements, standing in a diagonal position facing towards the camera.
